A+ service station been going here longer than most people have beed alive. Dons DI Auto is always straight to the point no bait and switch here. All my family uses them for all our auto needs.

Unfortunately I purchased a 2004 Dodge SRT-4. The Turbos on these must be made with plastic and it broke...several times. I used other garages closer to my house and paid the astronomical fees to have my turbo replaced as the turbine thingy inside just blew up. I had been through two turbos before I went to Don's DI on the recommendation of some friends from work. Well, Luis diagnosed the problem within an hour or so. I fully expected to wait as long as I did because the shop is constantly packed with customers. It turns out the problem wasn't the turbocharger but a clogged oil line that the dealer missed and another garage as well. The fix was cheaper than anywhere else I have been to and quick too. They saved me what was almost 3000.00 in fees before. The customer service was fantastic as well. There is a reason this place is packed with cars. They can be trusted with all your vehicle needs.

I've been using Dons for about 6 years now. The first time I used them they saved me a lot of dollars when the dealer was trying to sell me unneeded repairs. Since then I have used Dons for all three of my cars. I have never had any real problems with there work and I fell that they are very honest and strait to the point. If you live in Vegas this is the place to go!

Excellent service. They get the job done. Sometimes they'll take longer just because they're always busy. However, if you have a deadline, they'll try to accommodate you in some way. I personally have auto tech experience, so that may be why I'm not experiencing some of the negligence some of the reviewers are talking about. Either way, their prices are far, their mechanics are knowledgeable, and they get the job done.

brought my oil leaking car there for a new rear crank seal. a major headache of dropping the transmission,engine oil pan, etc. they quoted me $418. i've done enough similar jobs back when i was more ambitious to know it was a great price it. they had the car for a week, because they felt the front seal needed replacing as well. better replace both now, while the work is being done. they rounded the whole job off to an even $400 for the long wait. it was much appreciated. i also had a small vacuum leak in the intake before i brought it in i planned to take care of myself right after getting it back. surprise they fixed that too at no charge. actually, they never even bothered to tell me. i just knew what they did. not many auto shops like this one. make a good relationship with them.

i have been going to DONS DI auto for over a year. and sometimes it takes awhile to get your car back when they are really busy. but if you really call around to other auto shops you will find that they have the best prices. unlike other other auto shops like pep boys or midas charging crazy prices for something simple as a radiator flush the guys at DONS' prices are way cheaper. they are super friendly and don't pull your leg about stuff you dont need. i recommend DONS to all my friends.
